Whipsaw Presents “Art and Technology” at ACG GROW! Awards

April 27, 2018
The Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) held their annual GROW! Awards on April 23rd at the Computer History Museum in Mountain View, CA. The theme this year was “Art and Technology”. Dan Harden, was invited to offer his perspective on how art and technology can merge to create wonderful product experiences. “Technology without at least a little art is dry and boring. When they fuse, culture happens.” said Dan.
Dan also presented the “Coolest Product Showcase”, an annual ACG tradition where Dan presents and gives away a selection of Whipsaw’s visionary product creations, with proceeds going to the San Jose Museum of Art. This year Dan presented the Brita Stream Water Pitcher line, representing the art theme, and the Josh Micro Home Controller representing the technology theme. Pat Gelsinger, CEO of VMware, was the keynote speaker and more than 130 Silicon Valley CEOs and 170 businesses were in attendance.
